Tending to Warrior Energy

Join us for an Ecotherapy Workshop dedicated to feeling and expressing Warrior energy. This archetype holds power, protection, and discernment when one is faced with injustice and oppression, personal trauma and harm, our political environment, limitations you experience for various reasons, and more. Maybe you feel rage due to the destruction of our Earth or the inhumanity in the world. This workshop is for you no matter where you are on the spectrum of tuning into your Warrior self. This is an opportunity to honor your anger as sacred and tend to your inner fire to bring you into greater balance and deepen your relationship with nature and yourself.
This workshop will be facilitated by Kristin Wilson, LCSW, and certified Shadow Work Facilitator.
Rain or sunshine event - this will be primarily outdoors near a creek and in a field. If needed, we have indoor teaching space.
