Ecotherapy Workshop

Sacred Feminine Healing

April 5, 2026 10AM - 4PM

Register by April 3, 1PM

This is a free Ecotherapy workshop for Women and Transwomen participants only, due to the generous support from the Women’s Fund of the Blue Ridge.

What is your Inner Fire? How do you tend to this sacred feminine emotional realm? How does your personal wellbeing, mental health, and intuition thrive when your Inner Fire is given fuel and space to be felt?

Find your own answers and reconnect with the Sacred Feminine through a group healing day at Full Moon Farm.

Practices and topics covered include:

  • Breathwork to remove obstacles and increase vitality

  • Land Connection for grounding and guidance

  • Time in the Creek to release symbolically and physically

  • Witnessing yourself and fellow Women to experience healing sisterhood in Nature

This workshop is crafted to be welcoming to anyone new to emotional discovery in Nature. You are welcome to share as much or as little about yourself during our time together. And, these practices are meant to be revisited over time and with your own community so that healing can ripple out through natural connections.

Light lunch and snacks will be provided.

Rain or sunshine event.

Mushroom Day!

April 12, 2026 12 - 4 PM

Register by April 11 4PM

This workshop brings you closer to the fungal realm with a combination of inoculation, wild mushroom foraging, and celebrating their role in the garden.

First, we will get our hands busy with plugging white oak logs with Shiitake mushroom spores (inoculation). You’ll get to take one plugged log home with you to produce your own Shiitakes!

Second, we will take a meander in the woods at Full Moon Farm to find wild mushrooms such as Morels and Chicken on the Woods.

Third, we will go to the garden to see where fungal networks live in our soil and compost and discuss how to encourage beneficial relationships with Fungi at your home/land.

Class will be taught by Celina McGregor and Kara Dodson.

Rain or sunshine event - we have indoor teaching space!
